Resilience

Philippines is also known as the "Pearl of the Orient Sea". God gave us our country a very beautiful creatures. We have a lot of tourist spots around the country, but with this very beautiful title there is also a title that brings something to us. We are all aware that the Philippines is a "Disaster Prone Country". Our country lies along the Pacific Ring of Fire which result to the occurrence of some natural calamities we experiencing all throughout a year.
All of us have a different problems. It can be simple or complicated; it can be in love, studies, family, and also in natural calamities. Every person have different style/ways in showing/acting their feelings. Some may cry, some may end their lives, and some may see their problems as a motivation to strive more. We Filipinos are known as a strong people, even in the face of calamities we still find ways to smile. We are tested by countless calamities; flash floods, typhoons, volcanic eruptions, devastating earthquakes and landslide. During this calamities we may lost our love ones, our relatives, our friends, and even our homes and properties but despite of this we still stay strong and smile.
Filipinos never give up. The spirit to survive and to bounce back and remains undefeated. We may be daunted by the horrible scenes around us, but certainly we will be strengthened by our unwavering faith in God. Together we can face any challenge ahead of us. We may stumble and fall but we will bounced back, arms stronger with vision and faith that after all the pains we survives.

 1.
Embedded journalism refers to news reporters being attached to military units involved in armed conflicts. While the term could be applied to many historical interactions between journalists and military personnel, it first came to be used in the media coverage of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The United States military responded to pressure from the country's news media who were disappointed by the level of access granted during the 1991 Gulf War and the 2001 U.S. invasion of Afghanistan.

4. His team carved a hole in the wall that separated NIIT campuses from slum areas. Why did they carve hole in the wall?
This innovative methodology was first experimented in New Delhi where Dr. Mitra‟s team carved a “Holein-the-Wall” that separated the NIIT premises from the adjourning slum in Kalkaji. Through this a hole, a freely accessible computer was put up for use which proved to be an instant hit among the slum dwellers, especially the children. With no prior experience, the children learn to use the computer on their own. The experiment suggested that children, irrespective of their social, ethnic or educational identity, can learn to use computers by themselves, thereby closing the much discussed „digital divide”.

Reflection

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is another/extensional term for information technology (IT).  It is also used to refer the convergence of audio-visual and telephone networks  through a single cabling or link system.
Well I admit at first I don't have an idea what ICT all about, because when I was still in elementary I did encounter that word. I also admit when I was in grade 7 I don't have more knowledge about computers. But as time passed by I learned so many things and I am very thankful to the information I gained especially now that the technology is in demand.
ICT 10 is all about internet, very interesting topic. I learned many things like the history of internet, the different types of blogs. After all this year of my existence I don't know what is internet all about and also with blogs. Along my journey in learning of course I encountered some problems in accessing the internet. I address this challenge as my motivation to study hard, because nothing happens if you just sit in a corner and wait for your problem to be solve. Problems are just problems do't let your problems ruin you, and remember problems are made to be overcome. Moving on, I will keep all the knowledge I learned about internet and especially about the articles.

Ika nga sa katagang "Change is the only permanent thing in the world" o sa tagalog ay ang pagbabago lamang ang nag iisang permanente sa mundo.
